Today, I will have my one alcoholic drink for the day right after work. I guess it will settle and I will essentially be able to run it off when I go to the park with Rachel. Running sucks. I have bad feet and bad ankles from dancing and my Murphy's accident, so it is hard to push myself mentally when I am in physical pain. Five laps around the park is a mile, and I want to be able to do that by the time I go on vacation.
Today I have had my cayenne tea with half a lemon, a cup of green tea with a tablespoon of honey, 25 almonds and three chunks of cheese. So far, I am at roughly 600 calories I think?

Why don't you try some other activity. Swimming would be a lot easier on the joints. Walk Away The Pounds dvds (Leslie Sansone) are supposed to be good and not to hard on the body. Walking would probably be better for you ankles to. Running puts a lot of stress on the legs and feet. I actually enjoy it though, lol!

I am not a very strong swimmer, but I am moving to florida so I guess now is a good time to learn. I would rather be outside getting exercise, even though I always get embarrassed.
