Ehhhhhhh not bad. but better than nothing. can't get below this weight.
123.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are already at a low weight and have very little left to lose. So you are doing great. Exercise is key (if you are able) to help burn calories and lose fat. A combo of strength training/circuit training and cardio will really help.
