Wow was getting a little concerned.. Lifted very hard on the 12 and swole up to 228 (but i didnt) record thet :-).. Watched what i ate Very strictly all week and did moderate workouts in the week and couldn't see progress.. was getting a little down to be honest.. but then it happend.. 221 on the scale!! :-) lowest weight in over 8 years!!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
