UGH! Wrong direction. I thought I did great this week.I'm preparing for a 39.3 fundraising walk in two weeks and I've been training - walked almost 30 miles over Sat and Sun. Didn't overeat. Is is true the scale doesn't lie? Sometimes I give up on the scale; just don't weigh myself when the results don't reflect the effort.
124.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

That 1 pound could be anything, trust me you will lose that in no time. Great job on the walking.
