The Love of Fit's Journal, 17 April 2014

Had to weigh-in a day early due to tomorrow's very busy schedule. Very pleasantly surprised to see a drop. I needed this so much. I hope it will continue in this direction as I've been hovering here for what feels like forever.
Also, I'd like to just say how excited I am about a book I just read - Skinny Bitch. It has completely changed my outlook on 'diets' and what food does to your body. I'm excited to try this and see where it takes me. I'm hoping going home for a week won't leave me forgetting this enthusiasm.

Today:
930 - Kickboxing
1100 - Pear
1130 - Kashi Cereal
230 - Veggie Stir Fry
400 - Pineapple and Cantaloupe
900 - PB Banana Sandwich and two cookies

Total: 1434

134.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's great! And you will soon have many more weight drops! :) As long as you are persistent, It just takes time!
