To date I have kept the weight off. The paranoia of becoming fat again is another struggle I have to deal with. I still weigh myself every day and every day I feel bad when I get off of the scale. When I eat I feel guilty. I have another emotional mountain to climb... I hope I can do it and KEEP the weight off. To those who have felt the same and who still feel the same... I know what you are going through and it isnt easy.
