yeah!!! so easy so far
170.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1505 kcal Fat: 126.47g | Prot: 72.42g | Carb: 20.81g.   Breakfast: Publix Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese, Oscar Mayer Traditional Bacon, Scrambled Egg. Lunch: Athenos Gorgonzola Cheese, Kraft Ranch Dressing, Boiled Egg, Dole Shredded Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Vigo Pitted Calamata Olives, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types). Dinner: Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Beef Rib Eye (Small End, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade). Snacks/Other: Lindsay Green Olives, Cracker Barrel Vermont Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese. more...
