Well I finally made it to 200lbs. I remember thinking what an accomplishment it was to make it "down" to 300lbs.. (if only I could get DOWN to 275lbs...) 123lbs later I am hopefully just a couple days from being under 200lbs for the first time since 1985.
Has it been easy? No not always.
Have there been plateau's? Absolutely but instead of losing motivation when I hit a plateau I looked at is as an opportunity to prove that I could "maintain" the weight I had lost. The other thing I did to help me through a plateau was to stop looking at actual pounds/weight on the scale and look at Body Fat %. It was amazing that I could weigh the exact same 225lbs but drop almost a 1.5% of body fat. (because I was adding muscle)
At this point I have not set a new goal and do not plan to do so. I am just going to keep logging the foods I eat so that I remain aware of the calories and riding my bike while watching TV.

Great job adding muscle, J! I'm back in the upper 200s and now lusting for Onederland! I have not seen 190s since before I got married nearly 20yrs ago, but I know we'll get there if we stay committed to the cause!
