突然下降的很快嚇了ㄧ跳,雖然今天本來想不去瑜伽的,但體重不只是要求數字也要瘦的健康漂亮,以後要開始上課了我要慢慢打造ㄧ個恆定的體重數字,要看好吃的東西!
104.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
