Here we go again. I work in a fitness retail store and based on the information given to me, it's not so much what I'm eating that is a problem, it's the consistency of exercise, water intake and enough protein (my daughter's a vegetarian). I have noticed the more I focus on what i'm eating, the more I tend to over eat by the end of the day. Don't starve yourself people. Love yourself.
