Draglist's Journal, 16 April 2014

Morning weigh in of 219.2. Still have to use some fat stores and built up water over the next few days. Not planning any more happy hours or dinners out this month. Had lots of fun; now need to buckle down.

I can imagine happy hours are tough - wanting to unwind w/a club soda and crudite just doesn't really flow in public, does it? Hey, maybe that's the next great business idea for those of us that don't go to gyms but want to find some middle ground between being hermits and trying to avoid hot wings.

Hey, Bill. Glad you had a great time... ugh, I hate climbing out of holes. I'm with ya! Have been fighting carbs the last few days myself. We'll be where we need to be in no time... time to buckle-down. You've got this!

Ahhh, good. Yeh. I've had it the same way the last few days... starting out solid early, but getting progressively worse throughout the day. Ugh. Oh well, back to the grind.

I buried my scale in storage shed last week. Calipers say I'm losing body fat. Scale went up 8 lbs in 3 days a week ago. Im still confused because my diet didn't undergo any major changes. I record everything I even breathe it seems. Im exercising hard everyday. I know it cant be fat. I've been in a consistent caloric deficit. I feel for you and looking at those horrible and misguided numbers. Don't starve yourself tho. You may really start hanging on to every calorie that goes in. Maybe a reset would be good, to let your carb reaction settle down.
