Going down mostly due to dehydration though from yesterday as water % number has gone down on the scale....i have no problem with this :)!
127.2 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't get too dehydrated, that can lead to other problems.
