flat to yesterday which is always a good thing. .. only better is dropping. I am so happy that the weight is moving and I really only noticed changes when I started intermittent fasting along with my general low carbing. One kilo away from my "good" weight! then on to "better" and then "best"
134.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Suzi161 - thank you very much! yes, it does seem that i found something that works best for my body. its amazed me so much how much less my hunger and craving for food has decreased. it really has taught me that so much of what we think of as "hunger" is just habit and triggers we have self taught our brains.
