The down trend continues! My business at times is very stressful and I was so busy yesterday that I couldn't get a workout in. So even a slight loss is a wonderful thing. It's quite rewarding looking at my weight loss chart showing a steady down movement. I have a goal that I need to hit by the 7th of July so I'm really going to do everything in my power to be consistent. On July 7th I will weigh no more than 199. What short term goals do you have?
238.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 73.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If I had to pick a short term goal I would aim for the 140 mark. I just need to pick a realistic date on how fast I can get there in healthy terms. I am currently not as active as I should be so my weight loss comes off at a slow pace. Also, my FS destination weight is 135 but I question whether or not my body will feel better in the mid 120's. Best wishes on meeting your mini goal.

My goal I guess is to just keep going down in weight and not see the arrow going up. I hate when FS lets you know how long it will take you to get to your goal weight. Keep up the great work Jen

my short term goal at the moment is to make it a whole month with my vegan lifestyle. today is the second day. I think I can do it

Good luck on that Lisa9mona. I don't know if I could go vegan though staying away from red meat would be simple. SherrieC, that is irritating isn't it but I like the ones that say you will hit your goal weight in 3 months!! Lol. ChicaLean, how tall are you? Maybe the mid 120's would be better.

that's great! my short term goal is to get to 162 which takes me to -50 pounds! as soon as I can get there. I feel like we can't always control when our bodies will let go of the weight or fat!

I'm on the short end of 5ft. I think I'm one of those close enough to 5ft people but I've not measured. I round up with my height and round down with my weight. ;-)

ChicaLean, I think you round like most people. Lol. I think 125 is really a weight where you will feel better but some people (women) have more behind or on top, if you know what I mean, and certain weight charts don't apply. Tulipgirl6, it sounds like you have things going great. Continued success to both of you.

My short term goal is 160 and to finish my 10K in an hour and 15 minutes or less.

I have a short term goal to weigh 164 lbs on June 15! That will be three months before my birthday. :)
