About 3 weeks. And starting off, I was just trying to find my bearings and researching what to do and not do. I made my official 30 days just this week and it's getting easier to stay on track (I've found a lot of help through Buddies on this site and just reading and researching the best way to approach this because I truly want a sustainable lifestyle change, not a diet. I don't ever intend to revisit this place (in weight) again. #StillFiguringItOut
