I realized after I read my last journal completely that I was being a whiney little b***h. Sorry about that. I was in the middle of a pity party and thought that I would share. Things are not better today...but my attitude is a bit better. Life is not always going to be fair or make sense. Neither does that arch nemesis...the scale. I did step on it again this morning...still trying to get me to quit. But I will defeat this beady eyed little monster!!! Yesterday I ended up leaving home at 8 am to go to work, returning to my home for the night at 9 pm. I am getting too old for that long of day. Because of meeting I did not get to eat my supper until 9...which I know is too late! I just didn't want to be starving this morning and then make bad decisions as I packed my lunch. sooooo..... Today is a new day...I think I will try to get some work done in the office before my boss and I have to go out to meet with customers all afternoon. Have a great day buddies...I am over and out!

You just get yourself in a do or die mentality. And there is Not a customer that won.t buy. Nor a scale in the world that won.t budge....

Yesterday's gone.... today is a gift.... tomorrow is a mystery. Just keep going and hopefully today will be much better than yesterday. Great job!

The scale is just a number, don't let it hold you back. More important is how you are feeling both mentally and physically. Often we can see changes before the scale admits to them!
