I have been battling the same 1.5 lbs for over 2 weeks :( . I am so frustrated right now. I work out. I walk. I stay within my points & I still can't break through that 160 lbs mark. I guess I need a new plan of action as I wont give up!!! All my points will be from all healthy choices. No more evening treat of Sorbet( a weakness ). All my snacks will be power foods & I will increase my activity everyday. Hmmmmm cherry tomatoes instead of sorbet for my treat. Not a fair trade off but will be well worth it in the end :/ ... Fingers crossed!
