I find the variation in scales to be a very confusing and frustrating thing. I log into two systems. Fatsecret and My fitness pal. I joined my fitness pal before i started this weight loss journey. It was at my highest weight. I log my weight loss there off of the scale at my weight loss class. Last night, that scale showed I lost 3 pounds. It usually always shows a loss. When I joined fatsecret, I started weighing in on my scale here at work, first thing in the morning and without clothes. It did not show a weight loss for this week at all. It did finally move off of 266 last week to 264. But according to this scale, i am the same. My weight loss class will be over soon, i will no longer have that scale to use. I will only have this one here at work. I am sure i will get very frustrated if it continually shows the same.
I am also nervous about not having a work out class anymore. I need to investigate some classes I can take. The workouts have pushed me to levels that i didn't think i could do, and i need to keep up that intensity plus more if i want this weight loss to continue.

You might want to check the FR community center. You can take classes & I think you don't have to be a member. Or you could join & use the fitness center. I'm taking a class thru HF Wyandotte Hospital & I work out @ FR community center in the fitness room 3 x per week. Hang in there & find someway to keep exercising. It's so good for you! You can do it!

Hey Lyne, we are working out upstairs tonight and monday night. We don't have any trainers those days, so if you get a chance, come see us!

Sorry I couldn't tonight Georgia I had a free Zumba class after my weight management class tonight. But if you're usually without a trainer on Monday and Wednesday and if you'd let me know what time I'll see what I can do about meeting up with you in the gym. I'd like that. I had an awesome week this week I must 5.9 pounds. I also went into the 60 pounds lost. I'm At 64 pounds lost. I'm hoping by the end of April to be in the 70 pound range lost. I just keep getting more and more excited about this program. I hope you are doing well. I would love to be able to work out in the gym with you.
