Had a family emergency so I've been living at home with the family for 10 days now. I literally have not stopped eating chocolate, crisps, fried food, soft drinks, etc etc since I've been here. I need to start recording it all so I actually see how much poisonous junk I'm eating.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.3 lb a week

You need to snap out of it girl!!! Lol! Don't eat your stress away! It only makes you feel better in the short term. You feel worse in the long term. Summer is coming. Get back on plan, you can do it! And exercise fr the stress.

Aww i wish I would have seen this sooner. Thanks for the encouragment hun!! I am getting back on it HARD!! Exercise is defo giving me back thoes happy endorphines :)
