Lost weight on vacation.

220.4 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

There was a lot of "hold the rice, hold the potatoes, swap this with that" etc... when eating out. Fortunately, restaurants in LA are used to it.

Haven't had a problem with a server knowing what I was saying when I say "Hold the starch and double the veggies." I always leave a generous tip for any "inconvenience." :)
