Ok, trying a new tactic on this thing. Since I started with fatsecret a few years back, I have always had my final goal weight entered, and I have always seen the awful red and yellow lines of FAILURE. So i just had an epiphany, why dont you just make small attainable goals for your self and give yourself reasons to celebrate rather than the other option, which is to have successs always tempered with how FAR I have yet to go. I'm excited for this technique. Can't wait to reach my first goal. Just 11 lbs away! All props go to my fatsecret family, Naiomy! Their successes have given me a boost and i'm ready to kick this into gear. Healthy future, here I come.
