Good grief! I had actually got up to 211 pounds in March. Lots of snacking, too large of portions etc. Hiding inside and just fed up with winter.

I started the slim fast shakes two weeks ago. First week I lost 3lbs.
My second weigh in is Tuesday, but I'm on the path of being down 3lbs again this week.

At first I there were times that I felt quite hungry. But I'd have a glass of water or a tea, or a veggie snack. Now I'm so used to the shakes that I don't feel hungry until it's a meal time.

207.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
