Greetings Buddies!

Anyone have any opinions on CLA capsules to help burn fat and build muscle?

Typically CLA is used when weightlifting - I am trying to exercise with a goal of reducing body fat and increasing muscle definition.

Tell me what you know that is based on facts or personal experience!

I used them for about 3 months. Got them from bodybuilding.com. Nothing. Just my experience.

I've never used the capsules. Flax seed has linoleic acid in it and it has lots of fiber. Double whammy. No idea if it helps or not. The fiber does.
