Greetings Buddies!
Anyone have any opinions on CLA capsules to help burn fat and build muscle?
Typically CLA is used when weightlifting - I am trying to exercise with a goal of reducing body fat and increasing muscle definition.
Tell me what you know that is based on facts or personal experience!
