10st (2lb on at WW as well) Well, crap! I just seem to be yoyoing every week, but at least I'm keeping an eye on it every week so the yoyo is more of an oscillate than my previous history of yoyoing into far greater peaks and troughs over longer timescales. But I can't help but notice that I'm oscillating with an upward trend nonetheless. So I'm trying to be properly back "on it", because tracking seems to be the only way that works, and keeping the calories in below the calories out. Today I even managed to talk myself out of stopping off at a shop for a treat (altho in fairness, lest you think I brag, had the bakery I parked outside not been shut when I got back to my car it would have been a different story!) on the principle that you want it now but you'll feel horrible when you weigh in badly again. So I drove straight home, avoiding the Tescos on the way, and dragged my very reluctant girls out for a walk (after the eldest showed herself so thoroughly unfit at ice skating yesterday!) & then made a healthy dinner. I've just got to keep the good work up for more than a week at a time and lose this half stone. The new job is going well, so I need to start some new activity routines round my new hours and stick to them. I think I'm going to have to choose a new WW group to attend so that my Wed lunchtime is freed up for walking (& lunch!) Hopefully I can break this run of yay-doh-yay-doh weeks I've been having!
