Whoo HOo! Lost more weight! 3.2 lbs down from my florida trip and 3.8 lbs until I am back to the weight loss from November. Last week was all 1 mile in the morning and 1 mile in the evening. This week, my dog and I started 2 miles in the morning and 1 in the evening. Going to Philadelphia today so I did do my 2 miles this morning but won't be able to do the 1 mile in the evening. I will be traveling so, that does expend energy.
Very very happy with my progress!
