I'm gonna try something different today, just for the heck of it, record my food and exercise BEFORE I do it, plan my day in advance... I really need to have a good day, tomorrow is weigh-in, and I want to see some progress, even though I back-slid the past couple days, was slug-like and morose... get back on track!

Also, the sun is out! The sun! It's out there! It's happening! They said it would happen again, and it is!! summer will come again, the yard is awakening, tulips are popping up, hyacynth, my new little day-lilies are coming back, but they need some attention, need some more soil, clean up the newspaper that blew around, carry the cardboard back for burning, maybe we can have a fire tonight... can't wait to smell a fire again! It's happening...

Enjoy the sun!! My lilies, tulips, chives, etc. Are also up. Sunny day here and supposed to get to 80 here in Kansas City area. I will spend today outside as well, tomorrow a cold front possible severe storms and colder for a few days. Typical spring in the heartland.

DO it. I preplan my dinners most of the time, add in my evening snacks and log it all before I actually eat it. It helps me limit myself. You CAN do this! :-)
