Today will be the last day of 80% juicing & daily weigh-ins. Will continue to juice daily for at least one meal as I normally do anyway, but have some really yummy solid food recipes I want to make over the next couple weeks. Mostly vege recipes but also some grilled fish & smoked salmon stuff I want to do. Tonite will be another 2 miles swim after work, then surf in the morning.
202.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
