Today my fiance asked me why I havent been exercising, and I told him, "its too much work and I feel like its not doing us any good." He looked at me like What? Well lately Im in this funk, where walking one mile is too much. But today I bought hand weights and a core ball. Im determined to do it tomorrow. So in his deep thought, he told me, he'll help me everyday to keep me going. I love him. He also told me to cut back on my snacks. I've been eating to many bad things. Not super bad, but bad enough for him to see the trend. I did sign up for the 10% challenge by april 26th. I better get on it!!!!
