So I'm back to pre-Christmas weight...getting back to that fitness level too. It's been fun, and I'm hoping to go another ten pounds or so...I started at 173 two years ago, and I have seen real changes ths past ten pounds. It motivates me to keep getting healthier, whether that actually means losing ten more pounds or just becoming more fit at my weight, whoo!

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 February 2011:
1931 kcal Fat: 67.10g | Prot: 88.88g | Carb: 250.24g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Milk (Nonfat), Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Light Brown Muscovado Sugar, Instant Oatmeal - Plain. Lunch: Sour Dough Bread, Green Peppers, Deli Fresh Shaved Chicken Breast, Old Fashioned Chicken Noodle Soup, Tomato Slice, Havarti Cheese. Dinner: spinach leaves, olive oil, artichoke hearts, thin spaghetti noodles, parmesan cheese shaved, dried cranberries, Butter. Snacks/Other: Cream Cheese, Peanut Butter, Frozen Yogurt, Strawberries, Milk Chocolate Candies, Pita Bread. more...
