FABULOUS FRIDAY!!!!
It's Friday...all is well in my little corner of the world. I did very well with my food again yesterday...hamburger portabella pizza, salad and ground chuck patty for dinner. Blood pressure continues to be around 90/50 and resting hr about 50 which is a little low, so still holding off on the kettle bell...don't think bending over and swinging that bell would be good for my equilibrium at this point.
We took down all the colored antique glassware on top of the cabinets and cleaned it...got a head start on spring cleaning as it is jsut around the corner and when it gets here I am making a bee line for the road to get in some nice long walks. Getting anxious now that it is February. I know that there are a lot of you out there struggling with this massive winter storm we have just had, but remember that blue skies and spring are just around the corner. I have been down in the doldrums a bit myself, and I love winter!
This song always makes me feel good, bolsters my spirits when they are flagging, and reminds me that everyday is a new day...a blank canvas that we can paint in anyway we want, so paint away!!

I am putting together in my mind songs that will help me get the best out of my cardio work out. Great song Stef! Hope your skies are blue and that you have a fantastic weekend! Got home tonight and the snow was piled high. Didn't bring my camera back or I'd take pictures. Cliff said that the snow drifts came up to our door knob on the front door. He had to go out the patio door to get out and then shovel the front. Anyhow, have a great evening 'sis'. Hugs{{{}}}
