Well it's April. I had a couple of rough weeks, following food poisoning the doc had me eat a bunch of fruit. It spiralled out of control and had me craving sugar and sugar and sugar. Through the process I still stayed gluten free.

We're back on track this week. Better than ever. Whole foods all the way. Going for a month without fruit, grains and milk. Just the basics. Meat, veggies, eggs, nuts and the odd amount of aged cheese (old enough that there's very little lactose and less than a carb per serving).

Usually by this point in the day I would be around 1,500 calls. Today Im just over 1,100. Pretty awesome and easy to eat when hung and stop when full.

Focusing on strength. Actually, really focussing on strength and muscle building. Today I squatted 20 pounds more than my weight and it was amazing.

Good little reminder that muscle is the key to weight loss. You burn more at rest and with anything you do having more muscle on your body. Time to get ripped lol
