Reset my diet approach. Was trying to do a low calorie/low carb diet. Found out that when I have carbs my body goes crazy for more. Switched to NO Carb diet. I feel I might be a little better off with that.

LOW CARB ROCKS all the way. I do low carb, high fat. Its become my new best friend. High fat is awesome because it keeps you satiated much longer so you eat less and less often. Between Atkins and dietdoctor.com/lchf I've learned a whole new way to eat, AND LOSE.

I've had good success with low carb, high fat in the past, but have had trouble keeping low carb. Since then, I've cut out the artificial sweeteners, and seem to be having more success. I haven't seen dietdoctor.com before--what do you think of it, Deborahg382? Thanks for posting it.

low cal/low carb is the way to go! my body also seems to go into crazy mode when I have a few carbs, its almost guaranteed the scale will hate me when next I weigh-in:( - good luck

Peacockre, visit "Tommy" at http://www.eatlowcarbhighfat.com/?page_id=7. It got me to seriously check out LCHF or Low carb, High fat. I've be doing it since Aug. 2013. I also found www.dietdoctor.com/lchf. I'm was sold on it. And eating this way is paying off having now lost 30 lbs. I have 88 more to go. When I started my WL journey I had 119 lbs to lose. Check it out. Its about eating REAL food.
