Followed things closely this past week, including the proper fat intake % (23% of total calories). That's a first.

2200 calorie avg for a week with 23% fat!
227.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1898 kcal Fat: 67.82g | Prot: 123.35g | Carb: 213.87g.   Breakfast: Egg, Tabasco Sauce. Lunch: Heinz Ketchup, American Cheese, Hamburger Buns, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), Yellow Mustard, Cabot Lowfat 2% Greek-Style Yogurt - Vanilla Bean, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Newman's Own Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Baby Carrots, Stop & Shop Mixed Salad Greens, Trader Joe's Mini Pearl Grape Tomatoes, Apples. Dinner: Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Baked or Broiled Salmon, Olive Oil, Green String Beans. Snacks/Other: Navels Oranges, Ralphs Whole Raw Almonds, Navels Oranges. more...
