pshhhh how to start? I have gained 10 lbs since summer. I'm obviously upset about it and someone disappointed. I've been biking to and from work/school and i was hoping it would make weight maintenance easier. I guess not! ive just been starving all the time. I would like to seriously lose 5 lbs by this summer. i think my raging appetite can only handle that many. My main goal this time is to make this sustainable. as soon as i stopped entering food i started the weight gain. i need to learn how to measure my food without this tool. please feel free to comment!!! i could definitely use any motivation!!!

Since you are exercising you do need to eat but just a suggestion which might help with you always being hungry. Try eating more protein in your diet and more complex carbs. You might also need to reevaluate what your Daily Calorie Target and attempt to be more disciplined in that area. Depending where your metabolism is at you will need to tweak your RDI up or down. Well biking is going to help you for sure try eating small amounts throughout the day I try for every 4 hrs. it seems to help the appetite
I've been told the amount should be like the size of a deck of cards or your fist.Always have fruits and veggies to fill up on it makes your meal seem like like so much bigger portion
