10 Net carbs today
I'm already feeling better and I'm only on day 2. I always feel better when I'm not eating a lot of carbs. I always eat all my allotted vegetables when doing Atkins and I think that is why I feel so great. I also don't overdo the fat or protein. I don't avoid fat but I don't force it either. Of course the 2 lbs weight loss overnight really helped in the motivation department.

That is indeed good motivation! I think the key with any of that stuff is to still eat nutritious food--as I'm sure you do. People hate on Atkins because they assume it has to involve jamming endless piles of salami and bacon down your throat, but of course that is not the only way. As you obviously know already. Good luck with it. I always feel soo wonderful, mentally and physically, when I'm cutting back on the carbs.
