Trying to start again doing a few things differently will only weigh in once a month hope that helps. Think maybe was discouraged weighing everyday. Lots of water will see how it goes next weigh on 4.28.14

I agree that weighing in everyday isn't right for everyone. It would be too easy for me to drive myself crazy with all the up and down daily fluctuations. I don't weigh in on a specific schedule, but usually every couple weeks. Good luck with your new weigh-in plan. I'm sure you will find what works for you.

This past week went well. Only went over calorie intake one day and that was Friday. Will have to do better planning if going out to eat in the future. How is it going for you
