I don't really have anything to say. My body doesn't want to lose weight, and it's frustrating. I am what looks like 'skinny' now, but I never made it to my actual goal, I think this made me lazy. Oh well. Whatever.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

those women in magazine well half of them are air brushed and think the rest just smell food. You lost 29 lbs and that is an accomplishment in it self.

If you look and feel great, then don't worry about the scale. If you want to get leaner, then concentrate on fat loss (not necessarily weight loss) with diet and exercise. Upping the protein and high fiber on your diet can help. A combo of cardio and strength/circuit training can also help you lose fat and change your body shape. You can stay the same weight but get in to smaller sizes with fat loss.
