It's been a while since I last made a journal entry. Since I was diagnosed with non-alcoholic cyrrhosis, my thoughts have gone through a variety of different phases. The need to change how I eat, and what I eat has been first and foremost in all of those phases, with a lot of positive changes coming about as a result. Weight loss is slow, but steady, and the cravings for foods with wheat are more easily curbed. While I do not have Celiac, or, as far as I know, no gluten intolerances, sensitivites, or allergies, I have noticed that I do not feel hungry soon after eating, even when I ate way too much, feeling like my stomach about to burst. I have more energy, even though my endurance is still limited, but this will increase as my weight decreases.
