2284 kcal Fat: 95.60g | Prot: 111.05g | Carb: 223.87g.   Breakfast: Ketchup Packet, Large Egg, grapefruit, ruby red, whole, Sugar,  nonfat dry milk (use for creamer). Lunch: Cheez-It Original Snack Crackers, Great Value Albacore tuna. Dinner: Sunshine Cheez-It Original Snack Crackers, Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Thousand Island Dressing, Rothbury Farms Seasoned Croutons, spinach and veggy mix salad. Snacks/Other: White Cake Mix without Icing (Egg Whites and Water Added), Chicken or Turkey Pot Pie. more...
