Need to put in a solid week; no snacking after dinner for Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thanks! :) In my experience, it's much easier to just eat less caloric and more fulfilling foods and some low caloric snacks at the end just to leave a good taste or something like fruit :)
