WAY WAY OVER today!!! Have been under for a few days straight before today though. Think the hunger finally caught up with me. Cleaned out the cabinets today, lol... I stayed in my time limit though, not sure if that makes it ok or not, probably NOT!!! Pick eating is not good as it ends up adding up to too much!!! :(

you didn't go over maintenance so you're fine. It was one day and you didn't actually derail, just jump back up and keep going tomorrow. <3

It's actually suggested that you take one day out of the week and just loosen up,. You can't stay so tight all of the time with everything you eat, or you'll snap. So don't worry about indulging for just a day. There's always tomorrow. :) You're doing a great job. Keep it up!

1 open day is required every 10 or 14 days, but still dont over eat, u should increase some calories without ruining all what u did . and think of ur body shape target u will not eat ;p
try to find healthy food which kill ur hanger

It is so nice how much great advice fellow members provide. I fully agree, taking a break to savor things one is giving up makes losing weight tolerable. Keep up the good work, you are on the right tack.

You know that come to think of it after reading here, that back in the day, lol, we we were all younger, that I always had a big Sunday meal planned and it was not any sort of healthy ( per say ) meal either. I think that is what helped keep in on track the other days as far as just eating healthy.
You all are so awesome!!! Great advise and will take it all the way to the bank, lol!!! Hope everyone is having a good start to the week!!!
