So i've completed my 21 day fast with my church. I am glad i did because it helped me realize that we can eat healthy and still get full. there are alots of good recipes from vegans and vegetarians you can add flavor to to make it your own. and meats (no red meats though). over all i lost 16 pounds in 21 days!!!
