I expected to be over 200, but was relieved to be a tad under. I know it's arbitrary, but it's an important psychological threshold for me.

Mr C made a great somen noodle soup last night with chicken stock and bits of chicken thigh meat, Kikkoman soy sauce, mirin, sake, diced green onions and carrots, and mushrooms. It was light and yet filling. Before dinner, we had gone to Mom's house so Mr C could set up her new TV. We were hungry and snacked on high-cal trail mix there.
199.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, Springskinny. The soup was indeed wonderful. I have found soup to be a great way to fill up with fewer calories.
