Feeling faabulous today!! Body is a little sore and I'm liking it. This mean I'm working hard enough. Whoop Whoop!! I've put in my 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of weight training/resistant exercise this morning. Really trying to stay on the Sonoma diet. So far I'm having a lot of fun, feeling motivated. Looking forward to my rewards. Yes!! Making some additional changes, starting today no eating after 8 pm and pushing that water. Good luck to all.
