Went over my calorie budget today by about 100 calories, but rode my bike for 45 minutes. I'm so afraid I'm going to gain back all my weight. It was one of those days I got really hungry. I'd like to know how to stay within budget every single day, because if I knew how, I'd do it. :(
I don't have a mobile, so I have to remember everything I ate until I can get to my computer. Sometimes I write it down on paper first, but even that is really tricky because if I'm in the kitchen and my notebook is in a drawer somewhere, and I get really hungry, I just start eating and tell myself I'll write it all down later.. And that's how I trick my brain into thinking I'm not eating over my allowance. This is my biggest downfall, not what I eat. My diet is really clean, but it's monotonous because I have so many food intolerances I can't eat a lot of different foods. Wish I loved vegetables more.
This is a real challenge. I don't know if I'll ever lose that last 20 pounds at this rate.
