I know I should log my water intake but I don't. I know I'm getting enough water. I drink a bottle from breakfast to lunch, another one from lunch to dinner, and another one from dinner to bed. They are 20 oz bottles of water. 60 oz a day minimum, usually more. I get one bottle in the morning and refill it. Much easier that way.
*update* I managed to stop at the Asian market today and got my dried unsweetened coconut. It's only about a 1.50 a bag there and everywhere else around is either way more expensive or doesn't have unsweetened. I also picked up 2 cans of coconut milk today. Tomorrow my nut milk bag comes in so I'm going to try and make my own coconut milk and coconut flour. If they taste better already made I go that route and if they taste the same or better homemade I go that way. I'm really hoping it tastes better homemade. It's a ton cheaper. I also can't wait for coconut flour pancakes. My test strips are also coming tomorrow so I can tell when I go into ketosis.

Start off 6-8 cups (8 oz, each) daily. So, every bottle is a little over 2 cups. Increase to 10-12 cups, daily. Eventually, 16 cups (1 gallon). A squeeze of lemon in a cup helps metabolism. I've read debate on room temp vs. cold water. Latest I've read, cold water revs metabolism because your body working to bring it up to temp. But after heavy exercise (sweating), stick with room temp. Water great for weight, skin and flushing impurities in the body. (I read a LOT - lol)!

My comment for those still trying to figure out the water issue. It can be a tricky sticky wicket!

I don't log water either unless it's with a meal. If you know you are getting enough then it's fine. If you think you aren't logging for a couple days may help awareness. I think you're doing great.
