Busy day today, stressful, but eating something filling at breakfast really helped me through. Didn't have urge to just "grab" something high calorie. Still haven't looked in the mirror to compliment myself as per the St. Patricks Day challenge, just don't feel like it. Maybe when I've lost some more.

Hang in there, your diet is working! I know how tempting it is to eat when one is stressed so kudos to you for not grabbing those high calorie foods!
