due to the inability to exercise and medications that cause weight gain..have lost some time in keeping up with things..been in a lot of pain...managed to put on 7-10lbs since my last surgery...still having issues with digestion and incorporating the proper foods...but am gonna get back down to business and make a go of this one last time and give it 100% its a do or die thing at this point...any encouragement and good vibes would be much appreciated..thanks with love friends...hope u are all doing well n happies...^_^

I would encourage you to get well soon first. Be in your perfect health form and then kill it with your diet and gym.

u are about one of a million telling me that !! I guess that is a sign not to push myself..o.0 I just have been laid up so long that I wanna feel alive again like yesterday...o.0 but I will take it slowly..and now tell me how to stop eating before bed..yet aaother bad habit..i don't much like to eat during the day...but then am starving before bedtime..like a baby that needs her bottle..geesh whatta a mess I am sometimes...and after all the surgeries I have had a hard time incorporating solids so I eat a lot of snacks as they are easy for me to digest..bad for dieting though...>.< so been trying toi do a lot of lettuce and fruits n veggies, but love my bread...cant seem to say NO to bread..must be the Italian in me....I need to be stronger in the determination ring....o.0

Do not beat yourself up. Heath issues are important to take care of and you need to focus on getting your pain under control. If you want to make changes now just start with some little eating habits, maybe lower cal bread (I could NEVER give it ip either) or just portion control. Snacking a lot is great, better than eating more in one sitting so just choose snacks wisely. Do not focus on the scale, focus on your overall health.
