Hello Journal I know it has been a long time. My sickness turned to pneumonia and anyone that has had that knows how that can kick you and keep you down. I didn't think I would ever get well. In the process we moved....no I am still not fully unpacked. We have been doing some small renovations. Had lots of family drama which cause me to get another virus that I had to go see the doctor about...she said it was stress related. So here I sit...yes I have gained some weight...don't know how much since I am bloated from TOM coming.

I just keep trying to do better. The doctor told me that I am not taking good care of myself...she was right. So I have a mammogram scheduled. I have my records that I am attempting to get forwarded AGAIN to WA state from GA doctor (they said 2 months) this is the 3rd time I have faxed them in a couple of years. I have been scheduled for labs. Also probably going to get Endometrial Ablation procedure done to help me with the severe pain and bleeding from TOM and hopefully keep me from wanting to stab people that one week out of the month.

So I have been struggling. Had falling out with some family members because of their being so full of shit and themselves and I am disgusted with people in general. I need to get my treadmill put back together (from the move) and I am hoping if I post it on here that it will make me accountable to do it. I need that good dose of endorphines that exercise gives me. I could walk my neighborhood but since we moved 5 doors down from my sister-in-law who is one of the people that we had the huge falling out with I haven't due to just not wanting to see her. I know that is stupid I am 43 years old and I will get over that too. If it doesn't rain today I will take one of the dogs on a walk. I will get my treadmill put togther...I hope.

So that is it. This is my self confession to myself to try to get back on track and in a better frame of mind.

Nice to see you back, and I can relate to the family drama stuff because I share a driveway with my mother. Anyway,keep your head held high and live your life. Never stop taking care of you just because of some other a**. I look forward to see more posts. Good luck
