Absolutely no appetite to speak of this morning. I had a couple of eggs, shredded cheese and some almond milk with coffee substitute finally at 11 am because I had to. The weight is coming off steadily although I am a pound up from yesterday. This is not a worry at all because things are going very well and I know it will come down. It would be nice to hit 199 by March 31st. A milestone achievement more than anything else. I have less than 50 lbs to goal ..... I can hardly believe it. I will never give up and I have no intention of going back to eating the junk that got me here. I can picture my healthy and active new self .... it makes me feel so happy and optimistic. Most importantly, I am doing it for me .... I can't remember the last time I did something JUST FOR ME. We all need to do that sometimes. Have a great day FS Friends.

Way to go! I am a late nighter so I don't eat "breakfast" until 11:00am and have had no problem losing weight. Just remember if your calories fall too low your body will stop you from losing weight. The pound increase is likely just water retention etc so I say YOU ARE DOING GREAT!

Thanks barb and medieval for the support. It feels so good to be in control of my eating. I am trying to keep it at that sweetspot (enough calories and the right macros to keep my nutrition and energy in check).

Thanks Iowabill and evanlan for your support ... I have laser beam focus on my end game. Willing to take it slow because I have noticed that I am shrinking and the flab is shrinking too instead of going too fast and leaving a lot of flab behind. :) that's one benefit of slow and steady!
